This grows out of a series of discussions on the email Discuss list for booksellers in the [[http://www.abaa.org|ABAA]], which often prompt reminiscences by booksellers of colleagues. This will attempt in part to collect these recollections and biographical information. I have been drawing primarily from the American book trade and including booksellers who have died.
